Service Description:
The Book offline and Pay Online payments service enables any travel provider to collect payments from its worldwide customers during the back office/reservation center booking process. The Offline Booking process (usually starts when the customer call or send email to the travel provider) can now be completed when the customer having the option to login to a secured shopping and payment page and use its own credit card to Pay Online for the Offline Booking.


Process Description:
1.. Reservation Center receives the customer call and creates new booking (using the existing
   booking system and procedures)
2. Reservation Center creates new payment transaction using the payments service
3. Customer receives an email with instruction how to pay online
4. Customer login in to the secured payment page and pays online with credit card
5. Customer receive the payment confirmation
6. Reservation Center receive the payments confirmation
